Stade Brestois is working to recruit a striker before the end of the transfer window, set for August 31 at midnight. According to our information and several concordant sources, Brest has made an offer of around three million euros excluding bonuses for recruiter Hwang Ui-Jo.
The 29-year-old striker, eleven goals in 32 Ligue 1 games last season, is about to leave the Girondins after the club’s descent into L2. It would also be the priority of Stade Brestois in attack but the file remains complex since Brest is not the only club to have activated the file. FC Nantes and the English Wolverhampton are also on the spot. Hwang Ui-Jo is under contract with Bordeaux until 2023.
