Gastronomy. Whether in Talensac, in the streets of Nantes, or under the naves, thousands of gourmets have honored the preparations of the chefs and cooks of the night for this culinary Voyage to Nantes. The evening market in Talensac was a real success. In order to celebrate Gavin Pryke’s “Automata in unison” installation, installed inside the halls, the market has been transformed into a tapas hall, around thirty traders (delicatessen, Italian caterer, cheese makers, crepes or chocolatiers..) playing the game by opening specially for this evening by offering tasting plates at €5. From 7 p.m., we crowded patiently in front of the stands of the five restaurants, Le Manoir de la Régate, Cara, Le Laurier Fleuri, Timebox, La Fossette, installed in this gourmet hall.
