Ingredients for 4 persons :

  • 2 eggplants
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic pressed
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • Salt
  • Ground pepper

Realization :

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (th. 6).

2. Wash, cut the aubergines lengthwise.

3. Score the chair with a knife, taking care not to puncture the skin.

4. Place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper and drizzle with olive oil.

5. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until golden brown.

6. Leave to cool and scoop out the chair using a tablespoon.
