After various professional experiences and collaborations with starred chefs, Estelle and Jérôme, respectively cook and pastry chef, have just taken over this intimate restaurant on rue Fouré (formerly Les Frères Piers) to offer their “gentle cuisine with character”.

Respecting the cycle of nature and the work of producers, over the seasons and the availability of products, the menus offered are regularly renewed. On the wine list, winegrowers from the Loire Valley, including those from Nantes, are given pride of place.
