Tiap in Mont-de-Marsan, a protein cuisine based on plants

Tiap in Mont-de-Marsan is “fast food” but “healthy”, translated as “fast food” but “healthy”. A very nice starter with a nice work around the beets cooked with cottage cheese, mayonnaise and a little tomato concentrate.

A burger like no other

The famous “Tiap Burger with Falafel”! Become essential at Tiap. A burger that takes up the codes of the burger but instead of the traditional steak, a falafel in a pancake (crushed chickpeas, cumin, garlic, coriander, parsley, onions). A sauce embellished with Ras el-hanout, piquillos and asparagus pickles easy to make, the chefs give you their recipe by listening to the program of the day.
